How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Keep the sales cycle moving by preparing and sending quotes and invoices without delay. 

  • Secure timely revenue by managing accounts receivable, collecting payments, and following up on outstanding balances. 

  • Enable better decisions by keeping Salesforce and sales records accurate, complete, and up to date. 

  • Create a smooth client experience by assisting with product license management and contract administration. 

  • Make the team more effective by supporting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks and proactively spotting ways to streamline work.

  • Experience in a similar environment – Sales support, operational or financial admin experience gives you a strong foundation. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools — Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable. 

  • A proactive mindset – You anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they become issues.
