How You’ll Make an Impact

You won't just build models; you will ensure SC Navigator is truly adopted and operationalized to deliver supply chain excellence at scale.

You will:

• Translate analysis into action: Analyze complex supply chain models, and turn results into clear, strategic recommendations for senior supply chain leaders.

• Guide advanced model design: Support customers with complex trade-off questions and review large-scale model structures for feasibility and impact.

• Shape opportunity quality: Partner with Sales to qualify cases, challenge vague problem definitions, and ensure projects start on solid ground. · Retain and expand with customers: ensure customers get value they seek out of our product, leading to long-term retention and opportunities to expand use cases.

• Mentor and elevate the team: Act as an escalation point for technical issues and mentor colleagues on both modelling and customer communication.

What Will Help You Thrive and Be Successful 

You’ll excel in this role if you bring:

• 7–12 years of experience in supply chain network design, planning, and optimization.

• Deep domain expertise in trade-offs across sourcing, production, warehousing, inventory and transportation. · Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, proven to be able to translate analytical results into executive-level business insights

• Executive-level communication – Proven ability to communicate business impact of supply chain choices to executives.

• Ownership mindset – Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking the lead without formal authority.

• Academic background – BSc in supply chain, operations research, engineering or similar analytical field is a minimum requirement

You are:

• Impact-driven: You feel personally responsible for the success or failure of an initiative.

• Constructively confrontational: You push back when projects drift and provide candid advice.

• Pragmatic: You value business impact over "model elegance" for its own sake
